On March 20th, Thursday, the Student Activities Board (SAB) and PC’s Office of International Programs (OIP) hosted their third Multicultural Mixer in Springs’ Great Room. It was an opportunity to allow PC local students and a few of the international students to represent their cultural heritage with virtue. Some of the countries that were in attendance were Mexico, Laos, Japan, Myanmar, Palestine, and Philippines. Each booth featured a tri-fold poster that the student crafted to share important facts and information about their country. Along with this, participants also incorporated delicious snacks from their country. Overall, the Multicultural Mixer event provided a wide array of opportunities to experience other cultures around the globe.
