Seven total scores were made, but five of them earned by Radford proved to be the ultimate difference maker in the Highlanders (5-1-4, 1-0-1) defeating the Presbyterian College women’s soccer team in their Big South home opener 5-2 Saturday at Martin Stadium.

Midfielder Madison Hindman and forward Sloan Spees both scored goals for PC (0-7-3, 0-1-1). Forwards Reyna Coston and Sophia Thomson provided one assist each.

For Radford, Katelyn O’Donnell, Alexeis Kirnos, Lilly Short, June Stevens, and Anais Oularbi all scored one goal each for the Highlanders.

The Blue Hose will head up the road to Spartanburg to take on the USC Upstate Spartans Wednesday night at 7:00 PM.
