Prepare for the night of your lives as PC’s own MSU House takes on horror again this year. Last year, students raved about how scary and well done their haunted house was. “It actually scared me. Like, I was horrified,” one witness said. MSU has upped the planning this year, preparing for a larger crowd and way more screams.
Before you even arrive at the haunted house, you might be like many other first-timers and wonder – how do I even get to the MSU house? Never fear, at least not in this moment, as the planners have arranged for a golf cart to be driven from campus to the haunted house and back all night. You can expect to have this accessible to you from eight pm to eleven. As you arrive at the haunted house, make sure you check in with our volunteers at the front table. While you’re waiting, perhaps you are interested in the raffle! Many Halloween-themed goodies will be offered tonight. The main thing to remember, while waiting in line, is to listen to the front table volunteers when they explain the rules! The spookiest ending to your night could be getting kicked out of what could’ve been a great time.
When you enter what is being called the “Sanctum Infernum”, prepare to see creeping cultists and demons roaming the line as you wait to enter. Legend has it they are the thieves of souls and sacrifice many innocent civilians. Don’t try to spook them back, for there are rumors of them taking victims inside where the horrific summonings and sacrifices are taking place. If you manage to escape the haunted house in one piece, there is a great surprise waiting for you at the end. Friendly faces and a great, big fire with smores available! Conversate with friends, pose for the photographer wandering about, and eat some candy. You deserve it. When you’re ready to end the night of horrors and fears, hop right back onto the golf cart driving students around. No need to walk when PC’s own party bus is at your doorstep.
